We use the highest quality materials and adhesive to ensure your product labels and stickers are printed to perfection. Our colour label printer blends the durability of specially formulated pigment-based inks with the aesthetic of glossy media to produce durable, high resolution, full colour product labels supplied on a roll. These product labels won’t smudge, smear, or fade and can be used in a fridge / wet environment. These inks dry on contact, which is crucial for high volume print environments.

We have the following materials available:
A) INDOOR: White Vinyl with a permanent adhesive, gloss / matt varnish or gloss / matt laminate finish, suitable for indoor and UV stable outdoor applications, finished to your size or shape with either a Die cut or a Laser cut. Supplied on a roll (76mm) cores.
B) OUTDOOR: Gloss White Vinyl (2 year) with a permanent adhesive, suitable for UV stable outdoor applications, finished with a matt / gloss outdoor protective lamination, finished to your size or shape with either a Die cut or a Laser cut. Supplied on a roll (76mm) cores.
C) INDOOR METALLIC: Indoor metallic synthetic stock with a permanent adhesive, printed WCMYK on Silver or Gold metallic, gloss / matt laminate finish, suitable for indoor and UV stable outdoor applications, finished to your size or shape with either a Die cut or a Laser cut. Supplied on a roll (76mm) cores.
*Gloss and matt varnishes offer cosmetic finishes, in the event you require a more genuine protection, we strongly recommend the use of lamination for extra protection.
Above can be printed full colour CMYK or with silver or gold metallics (PMS 131 / PMS 109 / PMS 123)

Domed Labels
We full colour print on a white vinyl and domed with a 2mm thick UV resistant polyurethane "lens".

Q: What exactly is doming?
A: The doming process uses clear liquid polyurethane resin, pumped through a CNC controlled dispensing machine onto digitally printed labels. The resin spreads out until it meets the edge of the label. The surface tension keeps the resin from running off the label and conforming to the label shape. A catalyctic reaction kicks in and the resin starts to harden.
